Cannoning Spigot Jar

So basically I plan on using spigot, but cannons arent working even when I try to config it. So i am asking for a new jar that will make all cannons work except roof cannons. If you can do this, please put how much it would cost below. I am looking to spend around $5, but prices can be changed. I do not go first unless you have atleast 10 positive reps and 0 negative.

I was looking at it, but is the tnt visible? Or is there any way I can make tnt visible especially when lit

Yeah tnt is visible. I had a plugin making it invisible.
