Cannot post in investments and loans

Can someone tell me the requirements for posting in investments and loans? I need a loan but I cannot post yet and I'd like to find out when or how I could.

You need a requirement of Posts or Time on the market (One or the other)

PRetty much just be active on the forums than one day youll notice you can post there.
I think its Time on the market
