The system admins really shouldn't test stuff like this on a public website. A test instance would do less harm and give them more room to play with as every change won't be affecting thousands of users lol.

the page listed, created some time ago, was one that was attached to blockscript, and now is attached to the list of ip's used in the recent DDoS attacks and a few reputation lists. I will go and check those pages to see what may be triggering the 403.
