Cant Change Securuty Questions. Help!

so I can't seem to disable my sec q's. It keeps saying "Error! An e-mail was already sent within the last two hours, try again in a while." Although its been a good 20+ hours since i last changed any information. Does anyone how to fix this? Need help asap. thanks

You have to wait 48 hours. Me and sorrymybad have had this issue countless times but after waiting 48 hours it seems to work.
