Can't connect to Daemon

Hello there, My testserver was running perfectly fine until it stops and it gives the error: "can't connect to daemon (111 connection refused)" can you help me with this? I have searched on google and it says that the host has to fix this problem.
Does anyone know what I have to do?
The server is hosted by Wulfhosting and it is a 2Gb plan.

Your hosting provider needs to start the multicraft daemon. Nothing you can do Sadly, Hope it gets fixed soon! Merry Christmas!
