Can't download purchased Resources?

I've purchased multiple resources on this account, which is premium... I went to download one and it says I need to buy it... Now someone else is having the same problem, and someone commented on the post saying it's a 1 time download... that's not the case here... It's on my resources that I haven't downloaded yet but purchased already.
