Whenever I try to download a purchased resource, it says theres an error, and that its taking longer than expected.

While they work on fixing this I would just ask the author of the resources if they can provide a temp download.
Should not be that hard I was able to set up one for my resources in an hour.

Why the authors of the paid plugin, do not put their disagreement or in the profile, it only shows the receipt of the payment and they send it to you, of course also the author of the plugin must have received the money and thus send you the paid document.
