Remember that after an ad expires, you can always throw it back in the queue.
Then I will lose my space? No. This shouldn't be an issue. Some people have had their adverts since September 2016 which is wrong./

If this is an intentional implementation to limit ad length, you should warn people ahead of time and expire ALL ads at the end of this year & refund remaining time, so that the entire queue is reset.
Or, at the very least, you should warn people ahead of time that they have 1 month to buy an ad extension and that there'll be a maximum ad length after that.

If this is not intentional, I still absolutely agree with Louwtjie that it should not cost him his spot in the queue. Consider Premade Builds. It has been completely filled by the exact same threads for a year. Mine is about to expire, and that's only because I'm not interested in investing in further extending it.
With that sort of ad length, it's absolutely unreasonable to expect someone to be content with taking a place in the back of the queue, since it could be literal years before they get that spot again.

Oh, and in case someone makes the argument that as long as a shop is profitable it should remain up, my shop was JUST BARELY profitable because I bought an entire year of ad at once. If not, it would likely have been outcompeted by someone else.

Your ad is marked as "pending invoice", please check your invoices and ensure that you've not already extended your ad and had it approved, in which case, you merely need to pay for the extension: https://www.mc-market.org/advertising/invoices

If the invoice doesn't appear there, then it truly is a bug, because every advertiser should always have the option of extending their ad if they'd like to extend it.
There are a few issues within our ad manager that we'll be working with Jayson to resolve and provide our advertisers the smoothest possible advertising experience. If you experience any issues in the meantime, please create a support request as soon as you discover those issues and either I or Mick will personally work with you to resolve whatever is causing disruption.

I'll move this to the bug report archive, in the future please create a support request for issues affecting you personally.

Thank you.
