Can't get my coc into my new phone

I'm trying to get my clash of clans into my new phone. It says sign into your game center with both devices and it should synchronize. I tried that but it didn't work

Naw, if you played the game it wasn't, but I can see for some people.

Have dealt with this before. Usually you just need to go click on the "link a device button":

If that does not work I'd recommend sending a message to the in-game support, they always respond within 24 hours and will get your issue sorted quickly.
