Cant install java.

Ive looked up every solution, nothing works.
Error is 1603 any help?

Error 1603 seems to just be a failed to install, but don't know why error. First stage in finding the cause would be find the logs. There is some info on how to do that here: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/log_files.xml once you have the full logs of it trying to install, you should be able to see the cause of the problem. Once you know that, finding the solution is alot easier.

i got the log but i cant find any solutions that work
