Can't login

So I want to change my acc. name, but can't login to account.mojang.com.

I've changed the email and password, yet it still says "Incorrect email or password". Any help is appreciated.

Note: I can login to Minecraft fine, just not Mojang or minecraft.net.

If you get the password wrong three times they lock the account for 5 mins.

I never got the password wrong though, even after I changed both email and password and waited for nearly 20 min I couldn't get in.

The only reason you can still login to the launcher is the launcher stores whats called your "clientToken". When you press login, it uses the ClientToken to login, rather your password. This means your account has been hacked. When the hacker decides to login to your account on his launcher, your launcher will no longer work. I would consider trying to recover the account using your security questions or TID if you have one.
