Can't make a skype with custom username

I want to make a new skype (business) but I can't make a new one with a custom username
any tips

What do you mean a custom username?

Like for example when you search for someone you can search for
"Danteh" but when I register it automatically makes it my email

Don't connect a Microsoft account and then you can use just username.

Once you connect it, I think it is impossible to de-connect it. You need to create a new account.

Where? I try on the skype site but it won't let me chose it.

Just logout of the skype app and create an account through the native app.
