CANT MINE BLOCKS ON VANILLA SMP [URGENT]

Non ops on my new SMP can't mine blocks. I have removed the spawn radius.

This is V 1.10
on mcprohosting.

Are you sure that your spawn protection isnt high. I know you said you removed it, but I'd check again if I was you.

This is more than likely to do with one of the essentials plugins which it protects 16 blocks within spawn.
