Cant move ingots in players inventory

Hello,
today one of my players found out that they cant move ingots in inventory, Not place the, in chest either not remove from their chest. I have no special plugins that should do this.

No errors in console. Expect one with shopgui.

Some plugin is probably cancelling the event. Does it work with other items?

Is it just ingots and is it the whole time they are on the server or when they are doing something specific
