Can't Report User's Reputation When They Blocked Me

Title says it all, I tried reporting a negative reputation against me, but the user blocked me and since they blocked me they automatically get removed from the PM with me and the bot. Therefore, I can't fix the problem of the reputation. (Also they're inactive so like, it wouldn't matter anyway)

Are you sure it was because they blocked you & they're banned, and not just because they blocked you? Also, have you tried this with other rep of yours?

They're not banned, look them up. And yes, I got 2/3 of me negative reputations removed by doing this before.

It that case, a staff member should ping them in the conversation somehow for them to join (if they unblock you manually or something idk). Anyway, the staff should view it as no cooperation on their part, and remove the reputation.

I'll move this to pending for us to make an exception to blocking for disputes since it is still important that both parties are involved in them.
