Can't see Skins - Bungee

Hey.

Recently, I started using Bungeecord to run my servers and my skulls and NPCs won't show their proper skins. I can see other peoples skins in-game, and my own, however skulls and NPCs show just Alex and Steve skins.

Proxy
Online-Mode: true
Ip-forward: true

Hub
Online-Mode: false
Bungeecord: true

Skyblock
Online-mode: false
Bungeecord: true

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: I have tried SkinRestorer, doesn't work.

Had the same problem, use the plugin skinrestorer on spigot

read the bottom of the thread.
