Can't sell accounts?

Hello,

I am curious to why there is a rule where you can't sell accounts on MCMarket. I'm trying to sell my account "Organic" with a Minecon 2015 cape although I'm not allowed to? I'm curious to this rule being put in place because I don't think its fair for traders that have decent vouches (I have a vouch for selling $300 minecon cape code a few months back)

Any ideas?

they added this rule because mojang started locking accounts, but they are going to remove it soon.
