can't setup sec questions

i just bought a new acc. "Application"
i changed the pass and name successfully but whenever i try to setup sec questions so i can change the email afterwards this keeps poping up

although i waited about 9-10 hours the same error appears...
do i need the tid in order to change this kind of stuff?

Hey, already got this problem and had to wait few days. Or yeah you can try to contact Mojang with the TID but it will prob take more time for them to answer XDXD

Normally, yes, just wait few days, if it's not fixed in 5-7 days so idk sorry.
