Can't submit reputation because upload button is missing

Hello, I completed a deal with someone today and they could not leave rep due to not being able to upload proof (the upload button was missing).

This problem does not happen to me but to someone other user that tired repping me. Jayson contacted me about it and didn't find anything wrong about that specific user, didn't fix the issue though.

It's because he is using white mode 100%

Since this isn't an issue anyone seems able to replicate, it's probably more suited for a support request to be created if anyone else is experiencing this.
