can't switch my minecon cape

So, when I try to switch between my 2011, and 2012 cape it just doesn't switch it. I then tried to switch to no cape, and then switch to the 2011 cape. And now I can't even pick a minecon cape, does any of you have the same problem?

So, if you switch between your minecon capes, does it let you switch them?
