I think you should make it so it's required to state if the account has security questions on it because of the new system Mojang implemented that you can't take off security questions. Security questions stop sniping from being able to happen. To be honest, one of the main reasons people buy cape accounts other than to look cool and show it off is to add more value to an account. Now that this person has a cape account to add more value to a normal account, they name transfer an ign to it or just snipe a new ign with that account. As said previously, sniping requires no security questions, but you can't remove them now.

I hate adding rule after rule restricting what a seller can or cannot say, just because buyers are irresponsible.

I think it's irresponsible for the seller to not state if it has sq.

It already is, sellers are selling them for less already. I can link you to some threads where this is the case.
