So youre saying cause its someones own risk , if they dont pay back and a scam report is open they wont get banned & people can scam thqt way...........

So what, if someone scams they just get away with it for free? The reason why investments are at your own risk is because there's no way to guarantee that the server (or anything else) would be successful, despite the owners best efforts.

Allowing people to get away with scamming because it's "at your own risk" is stupid and people are going to hate that if it is implemented.

Cape codes are too easy to scam with while leaving no way for a third party to tell who is the scammer.
