'Capes' Forum

Hello,
Due to the growing want of capes, I think it would be cool for there to be a capes forum. This will make it so that it is much easier for people to find capes. Things that should be alowed here are Minecon codes, accounts and optifine capes.
(To be honest I have no clue which one of the accounts forums to look for capes)
