It's pretty simple, we need a captcha plugin to prevent bot attacks.
Required features:
- MySQL (configurable within config)
- GUI for Captcha
- Only register Captcha when a player's ip changes

As stated, we are looking for a plugin to stop bot attacks. We are looking for a captcha plugin in which opens a 9 slot inventory with a bunch of red wool, and one piece of green wool (it should appear in a random slot every time). The player must click the green wool in order to complete the captcha. The captcha will not be asked for again UNTIL the player's IP changes. The MYSQL should store the data of the player to determine weather the player is "logged in" or not, and if the player's ip has changed or not.
