It isn't the same to buy a custom plugin that a premade one. If your budget is 10$ then buy a premade one

I'm rather confused here. You've posted this in the "Setups" section, but from skimming through your post and the replies, it looks like you want a custom plugin made. Are you sure you're posting this in the right section? Do you want a server made or do you want a plugin made?
