[Car Talk] H2O Car Meet 2019

Hello,

So I don’t think a lot are aware but there are some of you who are surprisingly into cars or have a lot of knowledge towards them.

I was curious if anyone is going to H2O this year? It’s literally a car meet for 1 week down in Maryland

It’s non stop burnouts, revving and illegal street racing and everyone brings their nice cars from around the nation just to attend this.

The cops last year gave out so many tickets and impounded so many vehicles. This year they are coming back harder and may shut down the state or have the government get involved since this is a “criminal offense”

Although I don’t care I’ll still be attending cause I mean.. who doesn’t wanna attend this..

Naw. It’ll still be alive and better then last year. I couldn’t go cause I was still in school (Automotive school) and someone else requested off work before I could get the chance.

But I requested off work a year ahead and I’ll be taking a 3 week leave so I won’t fail my course for when H2O is being attended.

So I’m pretty excited. New Jersey or Maryland I’ll still be there lol.

May be a shit hole. But everyone is still going to be going for the same amount of fun as it was last year. But better because now this kind of meet is growing and more car enthusiasts are getting into this.

I remember when it happened people were leaving school and talking about it in the hallways left and right and leaving early or ditching school jusy to go.

It’s a week long car meet. I got bread to spend on a nice beach house with the boys to watch some dope ass cars burn some rubber for 1 week long ahah. I’ll be dammed to miss another dope ass event.

My irl friends went to the last one, two teens crushed a dab pen in one weekend. Have fun I guess, i’m not too interested in cars.

ahah. I’m sure they had fun. Thank you. Cars r fun and exciting once you really get hands on to them or atleast go to a bunch of car meets or anything car related. Learn more about it and you’ll be all over cars. But that’s just me.

Ah yeah I plan taking auto tech next year (11th grade). If you see a green jetta with a giant exhaust take a picture lmao, i’m sure they plan on going again.

Auto tech is fun and you’ll learn a lot. Cars in general are interesting on how they operate

Yes but those are official events you can go to a much nicer event in geneva or the concours de elegance. Those events are not too thrilling. Actual car meets where people drive cars like there supposed to be driven are a lot more fun.

A lot of problems with what you said there. You said 1000 horses out the factory.

I rather have a 1000 horse powered car I could build with simple 10-15k then 70-100k worth of a vehicle.

I build my dream cars. I don’t buy them. People are also more creative when they build their cars. The one you just show is just super cars that old heads buy to live their lives before retirement but didn’t do any type of work besides probably a PCM tune on them lol. Or new rims / tires.

Well as long as ur around a crowd of people and don’t get urself into too much trouble or alone standing out. You should be fine. Lots of people got arrested mainly because they were alone in the middle of the roads or making thereselves become an easy target essentially.

And of course don’t be in a nice ass car with someone. Even if they are going to do a burnout or some cool shit ahah
