I know I have money on my card, and it's not a problem when it comes to money. I always pay with my card on PayPal, and now I'm getting:
We are sorry, but we could not complete this payment, because it has been denied by the card issuer. Please retry with a different card or funding option to continue with the payment.

Any idea?

Call your bank. Happened to me, so I called my bank and they settled the issue.

It’s because they may have blocked your card due to suspicious activity. It happened to me last week. Call them up and ask why, they will let you know that a series of transaction triggered their fraud alert system and that the card was automatically blocked. You will need to verify those transactions that they counted as fraud so they can unlock your card.

If its your bank account, it won't matter unless otherwise stated by your bank.

You said " because it has been denied by the card issuer", Paypal is not the card issuer. Whatever bank you have is the card issuer. unless you have the Paypal Credit card then call them.

Yea, Your bank isn't going to control what and how you use the card or the fact of the matter deny you from using your card. You put money in there to pay bills or buy your needs/wants. They won't restrict you on that unless you are dealing with illicit activity that might their T.O.S and/or rules and regulations they have then that's a different story.

But seeing as this looks like some of your transactions may be deemed fraudulent they have blocked it till you can verify that those were you unless they aren't.
