I am a previous owner of CaribbeanMC I owned it with DavosMCPVP until he decided to scam me out of $500 and kick me off the server after i did 5+ months of work.

I 100% have the right to sell these files i did every single bit of work and completely have the right to sell.

This is my opinion on this matter.

This user should not be selling Fazal's custom plugins as Davos paid and is the real owner of them. The setup was RoddWave's and he made the setup ( I would personally say he has resell rights to the setup not custom plugins)

Actually when I was working on the server Davos had to spam savage numerous times just for him to come on and do some work. Yes, Savage did some configs but I wouldn’t say he did 100% of it.

I'm sure you can either blur them out or something of the sorts, but I've heard that this guy has done scummy things. So I don't doubt that this is true.

Okay I'm just going to say this Davos did not do anything on the server and is completely lying about the situation. He did not kick m off I decided to leave because he was 100% the money hungry one I myself had only received $500 for 7 months of work i did the whole entire setup myself I stayed up multiple hours throughout the late night busting my ass for him to receive $5,000 and only give me $500 when our deal from the beginning was i received 20% of the earnings that's why I left. I asked him before I left if I could get the rest of my pay and he continues to say that PayPal took $1,000 for taxes when PayPal only takes taxes once you reach $20,000 so that's where i know he is lying. He also claims i stalk him which is completely 100% false. He has call my dad multiple times with the PrankDial app and has never called the cops on me.

Now for the situation with the plugins I have talked to Fazal and told him i will not be selling any of his plugins and excluding them from the setup.

DUDE You just completely changed your story. Went from $500 being scammed to $5000 and from 5 months of work to 7 months AND from you being kicked off to you leaving. Lmao are you insecure?

I really don't think Exotic is doing anything wrong here if what he's saying about Davos is true. He's still owed around $500 and if he doesent get that he should have full rights to sell.

Considering he just changed his story completely and if you didnt see what i put he was toxic and sent me irl pictures of Davos which i never wanted to see nor did i even see him before THAT is what i call doxing.

If I'm being honest it's not really doxxing if Davos sent him that picture himself, if not he didn't dox Davos, Davos willingly gave the photograph. Also he never said he was scammed $5000 he said that's what Davos earned and he was scammed $500 because he was owed $1000 not $500 please try and read it next time lol

He said he got kicked off the ownership team now he is saying he left. He said he did 5 months of work now he saying 7 months. And did Davos ever give him permission to send anyone the picture. NO. So it is Doxing.

Okay, not to entirely butt in on things which don't concern me- but I feel like doing so anyway so, there we go. I've worked with Davos multiple times in the past and for one, I know Davos does not twist stories when it comes to situations like this one. If it is true that ExoticGas has doxed Davos and/or leaked his pictures (which were floating about the community a lot in the past) then, Davos has every right to call the Police on this individual. At the end of the day, there is no point in selling this setup if Fazal is not allowing you to sell the plugins which by the looks of it; you have absolutely no right to. Regardless of that, unless you have proof of Davos or anyone of authority telling you that you are allowed to sell any assets of CarrabienMC, I suggest you take this post down. On the other hand, if it is true that Davos owes you money, I trust that he is a honest and trustful person and will pay you what he owes if again, this is the case which by the looks of it (from multiple sources commenting on this post)- it isn't. Additionally, due to past experiences, Davos takes pride in his work and takes his projects very seriously, and therefore, I highly doubt that you did "all of the work" as most of the time, he prefers to do it himself. To conclude, unless you know either of these users on a personal, or professional level, I suggest that people with no prior knowledge to the situation stop trying to interfere with this debate, and stop being toxic where it's quite obviously, not needed.
