Why would you post this an hour before you are releasing?

You should have posted this about a month ago if you wanted serious staff members.

I have only recently joined the server myself.

And they made you their community manager immediately?

Tell them this: Next time we try to run a network, post a recruitment thread a month before we plan on opening so that we can receive applications from hundreds more people and have a better chance at receiving a serious staff team. This is especially important for HCF as that entire game mode is filled with cheaters and immature players who need to be monitored.

RELEASE UPDATE
Our release that took place at 1PM Est Yesterday was Awesome. To say it was our first map (Beta) we reached a peak of 17 players.
We still need some good staff that can come and spend some time with us - and we still need more players.

I'm so confused, you realize that HE is the OWNER and he runs it. I'm devouching the SERVER because THEY own it.

It doesn't matter. To me after 3 weeks of working with him he is fine.
