1. You may only use my work for its intended purpose. If you purchase a server logo, it should be used for your server. This has few exceptions.
2. You may not redistribute, claim as your own creation, modify, or re-sell any of my services. If you're selling your server, I must be included in the purchase.
3. All of the images and code on my website belong exclusively to carstonia.
4. You may not use any images in my portfolio without my consent.
5. I reserve the permission to use any art I've created in my portfolio.
6. All artwork is developed and distributed by myself.
7. Before I work on a project, the full amount of the discussed price must be payed. All orders will require you to pay in advance.
8. If you live outside of the US, you will pay PayPal's handling fees.
9. You may ask for changes up to 24 hours after the purchase. Changes can not be significantly large.
10. I reserve the right to deny changes.
11. PayPal chargebacks are strictly forbidden. Should these happen, legal action will be taken.
