We are CascadeHCF, an upcoming HCF server with a lot to offer. We are currently recruiting staff in which none will be paid. We are also in need of investors in which information can be found here:

Cant expect to have a good staff team if you don't pay them. If you actually look all the successful servers pay management and administration. Pretty much have to seeing as they devote hours a day to your cause.

plenty of servers have good staff who are not paid, moderating is a volunteer job, the only roles which should be paid are devleopers, in my opinion. For larger networks like hypixel then yes, perhaps some staff should be paid.
