Why I believe you should choose me to be a staff member on your server.
I've had a lot of experience on big networks, On these networks I've learn multiple things that have helped me in my Staffing Career. I'm able to screenshare pretty good due to being taught by some VeltPvP Staff members.
Moderating Experience
As i have listed above, I have quite a bit of moderating experience, I am able to help out a ton with your server and make sure the community is a better and safer place for the legit players. All of the servers I mentioned above were the most valuable to me and taught me the very most. Some of the servers I’ve worked on is NewLibertyMC which I was a moderator on. Another server that I’ve worked on in the past is HQNetwork. This server is a huge network and I was a helper on that server.
Experience
I’ve been playing Hardcore Factions for around a year now i was first invited to Minecorner an Australian HCF server and loved it, I’ve been playing ever since. I mainly fell liked HCF because I simply enjoyed how if you die you get banned for a certain amount of time, This makes it more fun and enjoying and also it motivates players to keep fighting. I always saw it as sort of representing being a staff member (excluding the banned part) because you need to keep fighting despite the threats that you will get and the verbal abuse you will inevitably get.

Why do i believe I'd be the best fit as staff for your server:
I believe i would be the best fit for staff because my timezone allows me to be online when other staff are not, I also believe since I’m mature i can possibly even manage a staff team properly and make the community better.
I have a recording software, so I can record all bans and have solid evidence. I also have the program Gyazo, so I am able to quickly screenshot things and share them.
Additionally, I have various communication platforms, which I am active on. (Skype, Discord, Teamspeak)
Also, perhaps in the future, I would enjoy creating a staff series on the server. This is something I am interested in doing, but not this second.
I know how to screenshare for ghost clients like Vape, Caspar, and some other custom coded ones that are supposedly ‘undetectable’. Even with this new ‘Vape Lite’ I'm sure someone will come up with a detection method since it is impossible for something to be 100% undetectable.
I am extremely devoted and active towards the server. I will be on virtually 24/7 (without school and family and things like that in play) so you know that I will be there to help any players in need. Instead of players saying ‘hacker’ in chat I will be there to ban them before they can even notice the hacker because I will be actively spectating everyone making sure that there are no rule breakers.
