Hello MCM! This build I am selling was meant for a network and they never paid due to server shutting down and funds. I am here today to sell this build Exclusive to one person. This was built by my build team a few years ago and I just forgot about it over time.

Owning the schematic, and maybe pics of him building it, and full rights entailing that he's allowed to re-sell the build as he sees fit.

how would someone do that?

proof of ownership is usually done by providing pictures of the build while in progress. This may be difficult, however. Other accepted forms are a PMC post that's at least a week to a month old (no download needed), or a vouch by a reputable builder that they made it for that person and are okay with them selling it.
