Castle Plugin?!

Hey, so I was wondering if someone could make me a plugin where you start off with two castles (two teams) and then there's a specific amount of time (about 15 minutes), and afterwards you are able to attack and grief each other.

Okay let me give you a rundown on skripts, since there are a lot of biased opinions on here apparently.

There is a plugin called Skript. You download and install it just like any other plugin. Skript creates a couple of data folders, and in the folder called 'scripts' it allows you to put any "Skript" script.

Now these "Skript" scripts, which has been shortened to "skripts", are text files. These text files are modifications similar to plugins which are written in pure english, using a set of rules about how they are written. It is intended to be like 'bukkit programming' but as close to the English language as possible. The skripts are loaded by Skript and all the english is parsed and executed by Skript.

But why is Skript getting all this hate by some, you ask?
Skript isn't viewed as professional, eg, Mineplex wouldn't use it.
Skript is an extra plugin on your server, and, I may be wrong about this, but it does have a bigger overhead than small plugins.

There are good sides to Skript as well:
A big bug on your server can easily and quickly be patched
Skripts are generally cheaper than plugins, and much easier to make

Skript will always lag more than well coded java.
