Hi, fellow mc-market users, I'm a full time owner on a unreleased server called: CastraMC
I am creating this thread, because I have not yet finished it, I am hiring professional and experienced staff members to do these following jobs:

Developer:
Code, configure and develop.
our servers and plugins, and moderate/develop in the forums.
paying developers is not applicable yet, but we will inform them when we are ready.
fix bugs/errors.​

Admin:
Administrate the forums and server,
help out new born members/players/staff
Develop our server.
Help the manager & owner

Manager:
Help administrate our server and forums
update with news feeds
manage applications and deal with problems,
manage our server & forums
manage our builds, make sure everything
is working and Is upto date, create new ideas
manage events, staff website ect.
demote/promote staff

Moderator:
Moderate the in-game an forums
Ban, mute, warn, kick unwanted players
Welcome new members/players/staff
in charge of crate key giveaways and drop parties
help out in game errors such as commands

Trainee:
moderate in-game chat and forums
report any griefers ddosers & vpn users to admins and mods
screenshare to suspected hackers or macros
tempban. kic, mute, warn
