When someone is reported they recieve a tag until the 'scam' report is solved, this is mainly to give caution to others when dealing.

Yes even if so innocent until proven guilty

The user dealing with them should still be notified so they can make there own opinion on the user and belive wich side they do
thats up to the user to find out

Same thing as now, but currently YOU can see if someone may be exit scamming but it isn't as obvious as the rep couldve been farmed and normally people dont check for scam reports, whereas if the tag is implemented it will be much easier if the user is exit scamming.

i had 3 scam reports up at once all because of impersonators

its still up to you to find out. also this had kind of been added because i think if you have 2 or more reports your acc gets restricted.

once again, its innocent until proven guilty

As others have said, this has been suggested in the past and denied each time.

Users on MCM are innocent until proven guilty, I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
