I need a cave themed spawn created for a survival server. The size isn't confirmed yet, but we are looking at roughly 100x100 blocks maybe smaller. I would prefer someone who has built something like this before. I would like lots of detail and I am looking for quality builder(s) to complete it. Again, this isn't a typical factions spawn it is a survival spawn that needs to be unique.

Other details:
Underground cave/cavern
Cool atmosphere, fireplace, etc.
Needs an exit(s) to ground level or above.
Needs several rooms for various things.
Some sort of structure that the cave opens up to at ground level.
I'd like it to be built on a world with a seed of my selection.
