He didn't get arrested, he's getting sued. Nothing about swatting is in the lawsuit. Youtube didn't even notify both of them of the lawsuit happening I believe. I highly doubt he will go to jail for demanding $150.

I also laughed when YT said this in the lawsuit:

“Brady’s extortionate and harassing activities described here may, at least in part, be motivated by his failings in his Minecraft interactions”
