Hello MC-Market!

Cedar Parks is a new and upcoming Amusement/Theme Park server. We are planning on having custom coded plugins and 3D animation graphics. We are looking to bring the next generation into minecraft 1:1 reconstruction. We are currently hiring the following positions:

Business/Advertising Manager: You will be in charge of getting the word out to the community of minecrafters about our new and unique upcoming server. What your first job will be is getting people to come on the discord and take interest in becoming a staff member. You will also handle the finance of the server and any business related issues/dealings. You MUST be 15+ and have extensive experience in this kind of position. If you have a large YouTube channel that is always a plus. You will be paid and be given amount of donations once fully operational.

Partner/Owner: Your job is to help us run the discord and keep track of the server's progress. You will have to help contribute to the creation of the server, skills and MONEY wise. We are looking for someone who will help 70% or more with the costs of the server. The server will most likely be no more than $30/month. You must have extensive server knowledge and ownership/leadership skills. If you have a YouTube channel or have any knowledge of Java and Spigot API that's a plus. You MUST be 16+ years old, unless proven maturity.

Technician Manager: Your job will be to be in charge of our Server Development (Technician) department. You must have strong leadership skills + excellent communication skills. You must have experience of being a Developer/Technician on a server before. You have to be able to work well with all staff/players and do good working with a team and being put under pressure. We recommend that you have knowledge with Java, JavaScript, HTML etc. However if you are a good candidate we might accept you. Age requirement is 15+

Imagineer Manager: Your job will to be in charge of our Building (Imagineer) department, you will assign projects to all builders and be in charge of making sure every build is built using a 1:1 scale. Everything that will be seen on the server will be built by the Imagineers. For this position we require previous building experience + screenshots and/or videos of past builds. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills. Age requirement is 14+

Guest Relations Manager: Your job will be to be in charge of our guest relations department (Staff). You must be a friendly, kind and NOT demanding person. You must have a great personality. You must be able to prove that you are able to meet all standards in-game, forums and on our discord. You MUST have previous management experience and you are REQUIRED to have a short interview. Leadership and Communication skills (top notch) are required. Age requirement is 14+

I know my reputation on MC-Market isn't great. I'm not going to be a complainer and not take any responsibility and blame it on others. I've just haven't chosen the right people in the past to help me with my projects and it ended in poor conflict. I take full responsibility for all actions and I hope I can find someone to help improve.

It looks a little bit more than projects with others. Lies in application, Doesn't take his job seriously, Asking for rep boosts, etc. Not looking to trash your thread but I mean it's not just little claims against you.

I totally understand, before I become a serious systems administration developer and server leader, I never truly understood the quality of ones server and work. In the past years you could say I have been relaxed on the perspective of the "real world" but over the past couple months I have grew enormously in respect and maturity. I can understand if you have your doubts, but I can promise you this project is promised to succeed.

This is going to be much more than just that. We are planning on reinventing theme parks into minecraft with animatronics and 3D animations. Anyways thanks for the luck
