Cegg Plugin [1.8 - 1.15]

I want a cegg plugin which adds the following type of creepers;

Charged Creeper Egg - Larger radius
Nuclear Creeper Egg - Much larger radius
Scatter Creeper Egg - After exploding, spawns multiple TNT. (Option to stop the scatter creeper's TNT from destroying obsidian)

It's for a factions server, I'm sure you're familiar with how it works. Should work with WildStacker to control the percentage of drops of the eggs. Should work with all version from 1.8
