Terms and Conditions - You are not permitted to: Claim any artwork created by me as your own. Resell any art created by me (without express written consent). This includes sketches, watermarked previews, & final products. Chargeback or appeal for a refund through paypal if prohibited by my terms. - You will be refunded if and only if: You cancel your order BEFORE work has begun on it. I am no longer able to work on your order. - I retain all rights to any work I do for portfolio purposes, advertising, etc. - I reserve the right to decline your order. - Payment must be made via Paypal. - 50% must be paid upfront. The remainder must be paid after the sketch is completed. Work on your order will not continue until it is paid in full. - I reserve the right to refuse altering/adding on to an image if I see the request as unreasonable. I also may charge an additional fee for changes if need be. - Messages between myself and clients may be recorded -I reserve the right to open a dispute with Paypal when/if necessary. By, commissioning me, you agree with these terms.
