[Hiring] Experienced Manager for CelestialBlocks OP Skyblock Server

We are thrilled to announce the development of CelestialBlocks, a premium OP Skyblock server currently in its early stages of development. Our vision is to create a truly unique server with a wide range of custom plugins and features that will set us apart in the Minecraft community.
As we invest heavily in this project, we are looking for an experienced manager to help us refine and shape our ideas into reality, ensuring we deliver an incredible experience for our future players.
About CelestialBlocks
Our server will feature:
Custom Skyblock Core
Custom Harvester Hoe Plugin
Custom Spawner Plugin
Additional unique plugins and gameplay mechanics (planned and in development)
A player-centric approach focused on creativity, fun, and long-term engagement
Since we are still in the early stages of development, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the project from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its success.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a manager who:
Has extensive experience in managing or developing Minecraft servers, especially Skyblock or OP Skyblock servers.
Can organize and lead teams, ensuring smooth communication and progress.
Has a creative mindset, capable of contributing innovative ideas for gameplay and features.
Is professional, reliable, and passionate about Minecraft server development.
Your Role
As a manager for CelestialBlocks, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the development process and ensuring milestones are met.
Working closely with the server owners (us) to shape the project according to our vision.
Managing and communicating with developers, builders, and other staff.
Contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance gameplay and features.
Helping plan and execute the server launch strategy and ensuring a successful release.
