Hello MCM,

I am in need of a custom cell plugin for my prison server...

So when you place down a sign and write a layout [Rent] A001 $500 1 Day
Example: First Line - [Rent]
Second Line - A001
Third Line - $500
Fourth Line - 1 Day
This will then generate a sign as
Rent
A001
$500
1 Day
All this will text will be white on the sign & this layout will only be like if the cell is available, Another cell could be...
Rent
A002
$500
1 Day
So all cells with have different Names/Numbers. It also does not have to start with A but must have a letter first then 3 numbers after as this will define the cell to the player.

When a cell is purchased the layout will be...
Rented
A002 (Cell number)
Name (Cell owner)
DD:HH:MM (Time left on the cell)

Everything in the cells with be left and will not be cleared so if another buys the cell then they will have the items


Prices: Prices of cells can be anything, so any price can be valid if its got a "$" in front of it.

Cell length: So the cells can be any length as long as it has "D" (For day) "M" (For month) "Y" (For year) the cell sign with have a countdown timer such as DD:HH:MM "DD" (Day) "HH" (Hour) "MM" (Minutes) until the cell runs out the sign will go back to its original state for someone else to buy. The maximum length for a is 7 days. So if you can only buy a cell for 2 days for $500 then after 6 days and you purchase the cell for 7th day it will cost $250.

Commands:
/cell home - This allows the owner of a cell to do /cell home
/cell add %player% - This allows the cell owner to add players to his cell, so they can open, interact with chests, furnaces & crafting tables within the cell.
/cell remove %player% - This allows the cell owner to remove players from his cell, so they don't have access to open his door, interact with chests, furnaces & crafting tables within the cell etc.
/cellsethome %cell number% (Example A001) - This sets a home from when a player does /cell Home. (There is no cooldown to do /cell home)

Permissions:
cell.create - This allows players with this permission to place down signs and create cells.

I don't really have a budget so tell me a price and Ill see.
