I need a new cell plugin.

Name. MLCells
Main command: /ce
Create cell: /ce create [cellnumber]
Delete cell: /ce delete [cellnumber]
Rent: Simply clicking the sign.
Add members: /ce addmember [playername].
Remove members: /ce removemember [playername].
See members: /ce info.
See another players cell info: /ce info [playername].
Unrent cell: Shift clicking the sign.

Database system: Maybe MySQL as there will be more than 2000 cells.
MC Version: Paperspigot 1.16.5
Java version 16.
