So I should probably introduce myself!
I am Reheight, I am creator of Celmic Network and we are a network looking to thrive off of the requests of our community. We are going to try our best to run off of suggestions and ideas. The network will holster multiple custom gamemode and functionalities that have never been seen previously on other servers. I am currently working on this alone and I have been trying my hardest between trying to setup a web server, company contact methods such as email services, custom plugins, Multicraft, and the servers themselves. I am 16 years old an I am primarily a Java developer of 4-5 years, and I know how most technology works, well technology that is most common in today's day and age.
Who are we looking for?
So as I said we're looking to do something that I have personally seen done before, but due to this end goal being something that should be taken seriously, and also will require us to be working as often as we can. This will cause us to have set protocols and requirements, so currently we are taking applications for all sorts of positions but we won't focus on roles such as Moderation and others of the sorts. I am currently looking for anyone who is 15 years of age or older, with a steady skill of communications as well as a understanding of how to manage/run a community. We also would like it more if you had any experience with running servers in the past, or any sort of network that required a constant maintenance.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for Web Developer, who have had at least 1-2 years experience and can provide a source of work that will be able to confirm ownership such as GitHub.
We are looking for a Staff Manager, someone to hire and manage a staff team, this person will manage all other positions, you must be 16 years or older with previous team management skills, and you must be able to effectively be a team leader. You must train and create a staff team that is responsible, respectful, and is cooperative.
We also will gladly take a Manager or two, just one to two people to manage the servers and the flow within their own spaces. You will be required to have time on your hand to control the development team and train them on the protocols that will be set on their work and so on.
The last role we are looking for is Server/Java developers, preferably someone who can effectively work in a team and manage their work in a order that can be continued by another individual in a smooth and clean manner. We prefer a age minimum of 16, but we will accept the age of 15, but this role definitely requires a reference of work.

So far I have gotten the forums (mostly) setup, and the layout for how servers will be for Season 1 until the community can choose the layout for Season 2. I have some custom plugins I have created and I have a Tebex setup for being configured. We have the website (partially) setup but it is nowhere's near finished.
