Can someone give me a [Censored] account or make one for me? I keep on getting IP banned.
I will give you a vouch in exchange.

I am not trying to advertise their forums or anything.

They will just keep banning you.. gonna assume you leeched or scammed someone on there. No point getting someone else to make a account for you just to get banned again.

I have changed my IP, but when I try signing up it says I am on the same IP of a different member.
I was banned for leeching.

If they banned you then they had reasons. It would be just like asking someone on [Censored], to make you an MCM account, because you where banned here. You are just asking us to help you avade a ban.
