Challenges plugin (Like CosmicPVP or Skybounds)

I'm sure you all know what this is. Basically every 12 hours or so, a challenge will pop up.
Something like "Most wood chopped, most pigs killed, most saplings grown" etc. Anyone can compete and when the challenge ends the #1, #2 and #3 placed people will gain rewards.
There will be a GUI for this.
That's about it.
