Change account format back

I honestly hate the new format. I wanted to be able to make a shop and such. Can we just go back to it being an open thread area with prefixes?

The form is there to stop people from selling accounts they don't own and to show the date of the account because if it's 1 month or older, it likely has passed the locking syetem.

I'd like to point out that the accounts sub-forum was one of the most active one on the website. Many people claiming they owned, for example, "Mojang" were either ignored or called out for (obviously) not owning the account. This caused many useless threads that people didn't bid on and was hard to filter out from the legitimate accounts being sold. Now that you have to have the account associated and fill out a lengthy form with a lot of information, it becomes harder to sell accounts if you don't actually own them. This is a good thing that will (hopefully) prevent a lot of scams.
