Change "Domains & Websites" to "Domains and Premade Websites"

Since people are mistakenly posting web development related stuff in Domains and Websites instead of Web Development, the name should be changed to Domains and Premade Websites to clarify things (especially for newer users) to help make the forums more organized.

I agree that there should be a subforum for premade websites; not sure if it should be merged with the Domains one.

The description of Domains & Websites is 'Buy or sell any domains, but especially ones that are short, funny, brandable, or have traffic', so I don't understand why 'Websites' is in the title. And the Web Development subforum explicitly disallows premade sites.
Which forces you to post in the 'Other' subforum, which seems too unspecific.

The issue this suggestion outlines is also an issue with all of the other forums within the product category, but that doesn't mean it's the best idea to add 'Premade' to the beginning of all of these. The forum is the correct place for any premade or established sites, but not for services and if you report them they'll be moved to the correct section.
