Change heart and meat (close to "action bar") into a row

Hope you are well.
We are looking to replace the life point and hunger indicators by a "full bar". Like the screenshot attached. (except the number of life points on it, as not feasible).

In terms of color, I want to life point bar to be the same color as heart right now, and for the hunger, it has to be RGB(80,213,22.

The idea for it is to be continued, with two states (like the heart or hunger).
And it has to work with only the resource pack.
